Returns
- You have 14/30 days (choose one) from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@cablesleeve.co.uk.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
