Returns

  • You have 14/30 days (choose one) from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@cablesleeve.co.uk.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
